Normal Tuesday filled with work and other stuff. I decided to step on the scale here at work just to see what it says. I was a little alarmed to see that it said 353. But then i realized that i had work clothes on and not my normal gym clothes. So i can bet that my jeans / polo shirt and Hiking boots make up about 3 - 4 pounds which places me back at 349. I will see if this is true when i hit the gym later tonight.
Breakfast was 350 calories and lunch was 550 calories. Again Plenty of room for Dinner...i sincerely hope this lifestyle change is doing something for the good. I know i feel a little better and i can only imagine how good i will feel when i get to my goal.
