So I know that Mcdonalds is bad for you. I know that stuff has Trans fat and everything else that is bad for you. But i was in a bind this morning and running late. So I stopped by our local McDonald's and picked up 2 Sausage McMuffins with Eggs I figured they couldn't be that bad for you. Holy Cow I was wrong. Each sandwich was 450 calories, i had 2 so that equals 900 calories in the morning...stink. Guess I'll need to get to the gym tonight to work some of that off. Mental note to self...don't go to Mcdonalds.
Breakfast = 900 calories -_-, lunch is 600 calories. So right now i am at 1500 calories. I need to eat a very sensible dinner tonight.
