Almost Friday:

It is almost Friday and I am looking forward to the weekend.  I am hoping to get to the gym today to get some good cardio in as well as a upper body workout. I am still sticking to my diet and i am trying to add a snack in the afternoon to keep my metabolism going.

Breakfast was 350 calories and lunch was 430 calories and my afternoon snack will be 60 calories.
