Very Good Weekend:

Well guys, i had a pretty good weekend!  I did get to the gym on Saturday and I was very pleased when i stepped on the Scale, 342 is what I saw.  Which means as of right now I am at a total weight loss of 25 pounds...which feels really good to say.  I am going to keep sticking to my plan and i am going to see where it takes me.  I would really love to have the same success over the next two months...

Breakfast was 180 calories and lunch is 500 calories...I am feeling better every day.
