Well, I need to hit the gym tonight...but it is more to get out some frustration more then losing weight...but the weight loss is an added bonus. Not sure if I am going to meet my buddy there or if I am running solo tonight.
I am beginning to wonder if i have hit a weight were i need to change it up a little...either with my workouts or with my caloric consumption. I am thinking that maybe i am not getting enough calories each day. I need to study this further.
Breakfast was 350 calories and lunch was 550. Not sure what is up for dinner tonight.
