I almost missed a day of blogging. Another day down and hopefully another day closer to 300...I didn't get to the gym tonight. We had to run some errands and pick up some stuff for our son. Tomorrow is Friday and I do not have any reason to miss the gym. So i am determined to get there after work.
Breakfast was 320 calories, lunch was 500 calories, snack of 60 calories...and dinner, taco chili...man that is some good stuff.
