Hectic Wednesday:

As always our weeks seem to be entirely to busy.  There are a couple things I need to do tonight and one of them is to hopefully get to the gym tonight.  All I need is 1/2 of an hour to get some good cardio in.

Breakfast was 275 calories and Lunch as 550 calories.  We had Pizza hut last night, not sure what is the plan for tonight.
