So evidently my days are pretty hectic...Since the title of my post yesterday had Wednesday in it even though it was Thursday! Man the days go so fast sometimes it seems like it is a blur. Got to the gym last night and worked up a pretty good sweat! Now all i need to do is get there on Saturday and that will complete my 3 day circuit for this week. The scale was good to me also. I went down two pounds from Tuesday...but that doesn't mean much since I was up 3 pounds from Saturday. I am thinking that my weight is beginning to float a little bit. So i am more focused on what my weight is on Saturday then any other day.
Breakfast was 325 calories and Lunch is 560 Calories. I am going to try to be extra good this weekend and really watch what I eat...which is something I normally do not do.
