Where does the day go?

Man it seems that days fly by without me even knowing it.  Right now it is 12:05 and I am not sure how it got to be this late in the day already.  Got to the gym last night and got a good run in.  Went over 2 miles and burned 450 calories.  Now I need to fit another time in either today or tomorrow.  I need to be more strict on my workouts.  I have been only averaging 2 workouts a week and I need to get back into the habit of 3.

Breakfast was 350 calories and lunch was 500.  I am looking forward to doing some of the stuff I need to do tonight.
