The week after Thanksgiving:

Well Thanksgiving has come and gone and I will see what the damage is tonight at the gym.  I am expecting somewhat of a hit but hopefully it is not to much of a hit.  I am back on the routine today though.  Regular breakfast and lunch today.  300 and 600 calories (breakfast then lunch)  I am hoping to lose another 10 pounds from now until Christmas.
