Well it is the last day before Turkey Day. I did get to the gym last night and got a really good sweat going. I weighed myself and it was up a little...around 341-342...So i am not to worried about it. My goal for thanksgiving is to only have 1 plate at our annual meal. Now i am not saying how tall the plate will be stacked but it will be a standard size plate :-) Friday I will get to the gym to work off whatever I do on Thursday!
Breakfast was light at 250 and lunch was 480...already had my snack today and I am looking forward to my 4 day weekend!
