Monday: Yes I realize I missed Friday

So I missed a day of blogging on Friday.  My schedule was insanely hectic and i just did not get a change to blog.  But that is the bad news. Here is the good news, I got to the gym on Friday and Saturday.  When i weighed myself on Saturday i broke into a new barrier...the 30's.  My weight was 339.  Here is to the hope that i can continue this for the foreseeable future.

Breakfast was 300 calories and lunch was 520 calories and a snack is coming in a couple hours.
