Yea, Hump Day!

Well it is mid-week and I am wishing it would go a little quicker!  I didn't get to the gym last night...I had a church meeting that went until almost 10:00 PM.  Luckily tonight i do not have a meeting so i am hoping to be able to spare an half an hour to get to the gym and get a workout in.

Breakfast was 300 calories and Lunch was 440 calories.  My snack is going to be 60 calories.  Heres to watching what you eat!  Otherwise it gets all over your clothes.
