So evidently the work scale was right and i am at 344...I believe my weight is beginning to float a little bit...so i am going to up my cardio routine some and begin to do some light lifting to keep on burning some calories. I am also thinking that i need to incorporate a mid morning or afternoon snack to keep my metabolism going. I am going to experiment a little here of the next couple of weeks to see if i can get off this plateau.
Breakfast was 350 calories, lunch was 500 calories and i had a mid afternoon snack of 60 calories.
