Monday is at least looking brighter then i thought it would on Saturday...When i hurt my knee i immediately thought about what this would do to my weight loss goals and plans. Then last night i was able to shot around (basketball) with the family and do some light jogging (after one of my many misses, :-P) It was nothing streneous...but it showed me that maybe i didn't hurt it as bad as i thought. Tonight i am going to get to the gym and give my knee a real try out...my hopes are to be able to do at least cardio, i will sacrifice the belly off program just to be safe for tonight.
I also am going to try something my brother-in-law told me about...changing my tempo during cardio...45-55% for one min then 80-85% for a min, alternating for about 30 minutes. We'll see how that goes.
Breakfast was a couple of fruit bars, 200 Calories total...a snack of 200 calories. lunch is some Mexican soup, tortilla chips and fruit snacks, 590 total calories. So today is off to a good start.
