Monday is here...and I already miss the weekend. I am still trying to find out what caloric intake ration should be my breakfast lunch and dinner. I know that i can't just try to do under 2,000 calories in a given day or else my body will think it is starving and my metabolism will shut off. And I do not want that. So i am trying to keep my meals reasonable, lunch today was 550 calories and breakfast was about 300. But i still need to find out what I am supposed to be at for the long term. Do i need to insert some snacks to keep my body burning energy?
