My Post is coming a little bit later in the afternoon today. I have been a little bit busy at work. I did not get to the gym last night, I figured that one more night of rest for my knee might be good. (and there was some good TV on last night) But i do not have any reason to not go in tonight. So my plan is to get to the gym tonight and get a workout in.
Meals are also going well...breakfast and lunches are still good...and i am keeping dinners reasonable. So hopefully this diet thing keeps on working.
