Working Out and Eating Right:

A buddy of mine got me on a workout routine that does not involve weights at all.  It only involves your own body mass and cardio.  I have done it twice now and man is it a workout.  The scale last night was a +0 so i did not gain anything over the weekend so i consider that a win.  My next scheduled workout is Wednesday night but maybe I will have time to get to the gym tonight.  I am really trying to keep on this diet...2800 calories or less...breakfast was 250 calories and lunch was 450 calories.  If i keep dinner reasonable then i will be under 2800.
