Found some more information that i needed to post...for my body weight (360) as of last week...i should eat 3600 calories per day. To lose weight i need to cut out 700 calories. Which means i need to drop to 2900...There is also a technique to zig/zag your calories so that no two days are the same...this way you are able to trick your body to not hit a plateau...interesting stuff
