Workout Tuesday:

Did not get to the gym last night...I am going to do the Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday routine this week.
I did not weigh myself this morning because i do not expect much of a change from yesterday.  But i will weigh in  tonight when i go to the gym. Todays breakfast was 300 calories and my lunch was 625 calories...so i have plenty of calories leftover for my dinner tonight.
