Workout Wednesday:
Well today is workout Wednesday, another day of the insane belly-off workout routine. I am hoping that when i am done with the workout one of the good elipticals is free...i like them so much better then either the treadmill or the bikes. Tonight is also another weigh-in...i am hoping that at least 1 pound is gone. On a side note I watched the biggest loser last night. That show is just plain wrong, you see very big people lose massive amounts of weight in 1 week. That is just not normal. It is not very hard to image why these people cannot keep the weight off. They just do not make the life changes that are needed to maintain their new weight. On the show everything is cooked for them and all they do is work out. That is not true in the real world. To keep weight off you need a life change that drives your weight change.
