Friday, Friday:

Friday is here and hopefully it is going to be a good day...I am back on the Train to losing weight and i am make a conscientious effort in making good choices for my meals.  And trying to limit snacks at all times.  I am looking forward to this weekend as some time to be at home with the family.  I am recently on this kick of the campbell soups that come in a cup that you can heat up and drink...seems like a good lunch option for the fall / winter...and only 150 calories per serving (1 cup)  that plus a 100 calorie pack of popcorn and 200 calorie pack of fruit snacks means my lunch is 450 calories? My main question is that good or not? How large should a lunch be?
