I took this weekend off from going to the gym...and just relaxed at my house. I kind of assumed the worse when i went to weigh myself this morning...but luckily for me i was greeted with a surprise. I was (-1) on the scale from last Tuesday! This means i am only 5 pounds from breaking the 350 mark and entering the 340's. (so right now i am at 354, 5 pounds to get to 349) Now it is back to the gym...tonight i plan on hitting the cardio machine hard and seeing if i can keep this pace up.
