Last night was good but bad at the same time. I got to the Gym around 8:20, which is the good...the scale was +1 which is the bad. So the weekend did not go as well as i would had anticipated. I know we need to go to the grocery store sometime soon, hopefully we will get some food that is a little better for what i am trying to do.
Hopefully I can get some Oatmeal and OJ for breakfast...some salad mix and oil and vinegar dressing for lunches. and maybe something very healthy to snack on when i get a craving after work or in the evening.
I figured this journey wasn't going to be easy fill with constant victory after victory. I know i will lose some battles along the way, but i am determined to win the war.
