Workout Thursday:

Gonna get to the gym tonight to get a good sweat in.  I will be interested to see if i have dropped any weight since Tuesday.  I really have been watching what I eat...but who doesn't (the alternative is food all over our faces instead of in our mouths)  Breakfast was a little bit larger at 350 calories  and lunch is about the same as usual, 600, so i still have around 1850 calories for dinner tonight.  I am really trying to keep my calories under 2800 and so far i believe i have been doing good!
