Yes friends it is Friday. It looks like we are going to take our son to his first football game! It is my wife's school homecoming game and we are going to try to go to it for a bit...If we go to the game i might not be able to go to the gym, if that happens then i will go on Saturday morning before the family gets up for the day.
I am switching up my lunches and breakfasts to keep my body guessing...had two fruit bars for breakfast 220 calories and Lean Cuisine and fruit snacks for lunch 510 calories. I am really trying to do what is right..I will continue to do it this weekend. Hopefully my next post is about a successful weekend.
