I am writing a rare double post. The reason i am writing this is because I had two things go well today. 1) i weighed in at (-1.5) so I am at 352.5. I did a half pound so I could say 52 instead of 53. 2) i was able to go 45 minutes on the Cardio Machine, doing 1 min at 120 spm (steps per minute) and then 1 min at 180 spm...which netted me +500 calories of work. Not sure if spm is a real acronym or not. but anyway tonight was good!!!down 14.5 pounds so far.
